Hi, after last changes , now the start from windows compiling is cmake. So I think the link to Building on Windows with Visual Studio IDE<http://trac.osgeo.org/geos/wiki/BuildingOnWindowsWithVisualStudioIDE> would be remove because it suggest use three folder removed.
