It depends on which tools you use for building.
I am using NMAKE and follow the instruction from the GEOS website.
I suppose the make files need to be updated to include
SharedPathsOp.cpp.
Yes, SharedPathsOp (both .cpp and .h) would need to be
added to whatever build script is used.
