Ok, I added a parameter to the rules generator to allow both closed and open approach, I added a parameter to the POST request so that it's possible to choose which approach to follow. For the xxxGenerator classes you added, I just defaulted them to use the open approach for backwards compatibility, feel free to add a param there too if you want it.
