Specifying Inline Features in an SLD throws an exception

Inline features do not work in version 1.7.0-beta1. If you specify an inline
feature in an SLD, an empty map is returned and exception thrown.
I've tested the attached SLD with 1.6.4 which displays the single feature fine,
however 1.7.0 beta throws a NullPointerException at the FeatureTypeInfo
constructor (see attached log).
