WMS Reprojection does not work for postgis if geometries have no embedded srs

It seems wms reprojection for postgis data does not work anymore if geometries
in postgis have -1 as the embedded srs, no matter what the srs in
geometry_columns is. The renderer used to be more lenient, we have to bring it
back to sanity, reimporting all the data to fix the srs might be very painful.
