If editing a datastore configuration that was disabled, geoserver can't connect
to the backend (say wrong parameters, server unavailable, etc), the submit
operation fails with a wicket exception. This situation should be handled by
presenting the error message and allowing the user to either fix the parameters
or cancel the datastore modification
