GeoServer loses the namespaces for individual layers in a layergroup

If you create a layergroup, including layers qualified with the namespace
prefix, in the UI, saving works fine. After loading the catalog from disk,
however (a restart works as well) a subsequent save fails complaining about
nonexistant layers. If you go back to the WMS Contents page you will see that
the layergroups have lost all of the namespace prefixes. Probably just a fix
to the LegacyCatalogImporter.
