Hi Clint,

Your not alone in wanting SQL Server support, its a feature that has 
been requested quite a bit and is close to being implemented. The only 
thing required is some funding, which seems to be coming soon. So look 
to see this support soon.

Also note that if you and your organization has funding to throw at 
something like this there are organizations (who have active developers 
on this list) who are available to contract for such feature developments.
