We don't have any user interface design guidelines. However, I have
started on a 'how to write a GeoServer UI plugin" guide on the wiki; it
is at
http://geoserver.org/display/GEOSDOC/Adding+a+Configuration+Page-GS2 .
I would love some feedback on this from someone who hasn't been working
with Wicket yet, but I already know of a few things that it needs (info
on securing pages, how to create a new UI plugin module). UI guidelines
would be a great piece of information here as well. Do we need to come
up with our own, or could we just borrow some from another project? (the
public project UI guidelines I am aware of are for desktop apps, but
perhaps would be suitable anyway.)
