SRS handling not saved to info.xml

When setting the SRS handling for a featureType using the configuration UI, it
is changed in a running Geoserver instance, but not saved to the info.xml.
After a restart of the webapp (or the servlet container), SRS handling
automatically drops back to the value 0.
