When you generate featuretypes using the new spatial data directory you end up
with a bunch of featuretype directories that end .bak and no normal featuretype
directories. There is thus no place to put your templates for getFeatureInfo
operations. The fix is simply to copy the backup to the normal name (and the
same for info.xml.bak inside it).
