I don't seem to find how is it supposed to publish a layer for a 
datastore after it was created.
That is, say you create a new datastore, then you're presented with the 
list of feature types contained on it, but you don't configure them at 
this point.
Then, they're not shown on the layers table nor there's another way to 
reach them? (going to the stores page and selecting the store takes you 
to the store edit page, saving takes you back to the stores list page, 
so the store's unconfigured layers are missing)

Or may be they don't show up because I'm creating a second directory 
datastore for the same directory and the table does not show the 
duplicated layer names on purpose?
