IE 7: Search functionality refreshes page

When using the search functionality on the Stores, Layers, and Layer Preview
pages in IE 7, the search functionality refreshes the page.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install and run a fresh version of Geoserver.
2) Using IE 7, click on the Stores page in the left hand navigation.
3) In the Search box above the table of stores, enter "nurc" without quotes.
Notice there are many stores in the "nurc" workspace.
4) Hit enter. Notice that the page refreshes and the user is not given search
results.
Discussion:
This behavior also seems to happen on the Layers page and the Layer Preview
page.
