If we specify that regressions found in the 2 days pen down period
are fixed before the release it's better, like, bounty enough?
It makes it clear they do get something.

Otherwise, if I'm a smart user, I find a bug, I wait to report
in the pen down period and ta-da!, whatever the bug is the
developers are bound to fix it. Does not look like a very nice
outcome to me ;-)
