Version number checking shouldn't work
--------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOS-3655
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-3655
             Project: GeoServer
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Global
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0
            Reporter: Rini Angreani
            Assignee: Andrea Aime
             Fix For: 2.1.x
         Attachments: RequestUtils.patch

I don't know which category this falls, so I picked global. Sorry it it's not
right.
While running CITE tests, I find these errors in my console, while validating
version number 99.99.99.
The code tries to check that the numbers are between 0 - 99 by matching the
pattern.
I think the digit pattern only works for single digits for decimals.
I did a quick fix (although may not be the best) and the errors disappear.
