We have a layer that publishes point geometries from an Oracle spatial
database. The data is stored in the database in WGS84 and the layer is
configured to "reproject native to declared" into EPSG:27700 (British National
Grid). When a WFS request is received specifying version 1.1.0 the reprojection
works. When the request specifies version 1.0.0 however, the features are
returned unprojected with WGS84 lat / lon values.
