GML output out of GetFeatureInfo + raster layer is not schema valid

The issue is that we're reusing WFS GML output... however, raster layers have
no DFT equivalent for describing the schema.
I guess we need:
- a custom GML2 output format just for WMS
- a separate call that can provide schemas for the fake feature we build out of
raster layers
The problem will likely be there also for feature portrayal service layers, as
there is no actual FeatureTypeInfo configured in the server for those.
