Ciao Fernando, as Luca mentioned there is not really anything production-quality for using HDF data directly into geoserver.
Aside, supporting HDF is really a broad statement since HDF can contain anything. Most part of the time, if there is something useful inside an HDF that you want to serve via an OWS server, you can extract that info as a geotiff.
