Andrea, please look over this and see what you think - I have made several
little changes -
- removed link to a location only 4 lines down the page
- changed JDBC2 to JDBC3 (this is tested and in use with 2.0.2)
- added copy of .dll files on a Windows GeoServer
- changed typos # to #.
- added note on server\instance notation - ie. not allowed
- added note on determining port used by non-default instance of SQL Server
