A WFS-1.1.0 GetFeature(GET request) on a FeatureType without declaring a
namespace
(default namespace should be picked from geoserver) returns a not valid
schemaLocation in response, because of missing namespace.
IMHO schemaLocation must always be pair of values in order to be valid.
In WFS-1.0.0 Response schemaLocation has correct pair of values.
Solution would be to automatically put the geoserver default namespace into
schemaLocation, if not provided in request.
