I would like to get resolution on this; interestingly the work from Sinergis
did not have any headers at all.
The processes were ported smoothly; I will try cutting over in GeoServer
tomorrow (i.e. add dependencies and remove the implementations in geoserver and
confirm the tests cases still pass). I will be keeping much of the test cases
(as they are integration test issuing a WPS request and testing the entire
software stack; and thus still have value).
