Using WFS 1.0. the client opens a transaction, it requests GeoServer to modify
a feature and then commits.
The client throws a timeout exception on the commit (no matter how long the
timeout is), GeoServer does not perform the commit (nothing logged on the
shell) until it is shut down. Then, before the shutdown completes, the commit
is performed.
GeoServer 2.1.0 correctly manages the same transaction, and the client commit
is successful.
