Building with -Pwps won't bring the sextante extension jars into the .war,
try using -Pwps,sextante, that should give you both.
That said, not sure if that is going to work, I've dropped my attempt to
bind sextante into the WPS more than one year ago (mostly due to the
fact the Sextante processes are not designed to scale up to large
data amounts), the module might not be working anymore.
Hopefully some effort of yours will bring it back up to speed? :)
