I do like text records. I think one thing that could work well would be to etherpad it, so a few people can take relevant notes at once. Then we can post that etherpad transcript to the blog when we're done. I'd be happy to try to take lead on writing, as long as there'd be a couple backups for when I'm talking or when I miss stuff.
