At some point geoserver begins to left connections open in postgresql but can't get data, less than a minute before in postgres I get the next error
ERROR: "unexpected EOF on client connection"
I restarted geoserver and then connects again, but only for 3 restarts, now geoserver is dead.
Here is the message when I click on layer preview [jira.txt]
Also I include an extract from catalina.out text
I reproduced this behavior on geoserver 2.2, 2.2.1 from sourceforge and the 2.2 SVN from opengeo.
To reproduce load any layer on postgres 9.2.1 with postgis 2.0.1, move on the openlayers viewer for at least 50 times.
