Description:

I have a layer that, for whatever reason, fails to get rendered when I use LayerPreview.
Instead I am presented with a pop-up asking what I want to do with a file called "wms".
The file is clearly XML, but doesn't appear to have an associated MIME type.
For reference the file contents are:
