I don't recall WPS having explicit support for time like wms does.
But processes can take any kind of input, you're free to pass
Date/Timestamp objects as inputs to processes (if that does not work out of
the
box, a ProcessParameterIO needs to be written to convert the XML ISO
timestamp
into an equivalent Java object, but that's easy to do).
