It appears we have enough fixes in the works to consider another release
candidate.
There are two things needed to make this happen:
1) A release candidate issued next week (I am still in position to make a
release if required)
2) A volunteer needed to issue another release on the Sept. 18th.
Given the overlap with foss4g I would like to ask Ben if he would be in
position September 18th, or if any other volunteers are available.
