It would improve our performance in benchmarks, enabling additional srsNames can be considered a configuration task for those who need it (rather than forcing everyone to tone down the list during each and every install). I am thinking of the usual suspects for web mapping, nominate additions in the comments: 4326,900918,3785 A few used in tutorials: UTM Zones 3006 (used in tutorials) GDA94 The downside is the obvious: if I cannot see it GeoServer must not support it response.
