Hey Jukka,

The issue is with workspace specific styles. The way the server is
configured with the ned style in the usgs workspace so to access it you
must go through the workspace endpoint.

Should work.

There are a couple of open issue to fix this by allowing workspace specific
styles to be addressed through the global endpoint the same way layers are.
