Added. Mind, the current modules list in jira is not a match for the
modules in GeoServer,
it is more "per area" (wcs for all wcs, wicket ui for all gui, and so on).
Normally I choose "configuration" for stuff in the main module, although in
fact not
everything in main is configuration related
