Yep, that would work also.
It may not mix too well with CQL expression/variable expansion parsing
though (e.g., we'd need escapes, or start/end markers).

Some bright ideas on how to approach this? Trying to accept both
suggestions at the same time seems to raise complexity
quite a bit.
