That also depends a lot on whether confluence is running at all or not,
lately it has been down rather frequently.
I guess that proposals could also go in github.io, wondering, is there a
way to provide templates?
How about download pages?
Generally speaking I still find rst harder to edit than a confluence page
(the best solution I've found
so far to edit rst for linux is vim/gvim, which is not exactly great...)
