So we have two options:
1) https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/wiki
Here is the wiki you are referring to, near as I can tell participation is
limited to geoserver contributors.
2) https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver.github.io/wiki
This is the wiki associated with the website. I kind of like using this one
as we can allow more members write access to website+wiki then the codebase.
