Thanks for your reply. I already know how the write plugin for raster by
looking at how it was done in GeoTools. However, I still have some
problem to fix. The map image returned from my code does not align
correctly. I believe it has to do with some grid to world transformation
that I have not been able to figure out due to lack of understanding of
Geoserver/GeoTools code.
