Hi,
I spent some time looking at jira today and found a number of tickets that
were
supposed to be closed (work completed on trunk in time for the beta
releases)
and were not.

In particular, I've marked as resolved something like 25 tickets in
GeoServer
and 4-5 in GeoTools.

I'm not pointing fingers, a fair number of those were tickets that I should
have closed myself, but we should be, generally speaking, more careful about
that, otherwise our changelogs, and as a result, the release blogs and
general communication towards the user base, is going to suffer

Cheers
Andrea
