I don't think SemanticTypeIdentifier is meant to be used that way. Going

So, it seems to me, we could mark our point style as "generic:point" (and
so on for the others),
the one I'm talking about could be marked as "generic:any" (well sort of,
it would not cover raster).
That said, this is a label to identify what a style is suitable for, not as
a filtering tool inside the style (which was 99% of the
content of my first mail, how do we make the style generic in the first
place)... so an extra semantic
bit, but not a solution. Wondering, do you know anything (dunno, a client)
that's going to use SemanticTypeIdentifier?
