So I fixed the original repository, and then did the above, but it does not
seem like it's actually
refreshing the cache, it's just refreshing the UI to match the contents of
the artifactory server side.
The file is still the same...
Just re-kicked a build that previously failed due to the libjpegwrapper
issue (and that one only):
https://travis-ci.org/geoserver/geoserver/builds/116201288
We'll see if artifactory chooses to check the source repo when Travis asks
for the pom file
again... or not
