Hi,
recently I've seen failures on the build server caused by this:

org.geotools.xsd:gt-xsd-wcs:pom:18-20170617.162619-177
from/to boundless (https://repo.boundlessgeo.com/main/): Connect to
repo.boundlessgeo.com:443 [repo.boundlessgeo.com/52.22.156.115] failed:
Connection timed out -> [Help 1]
Also, Travis has been failing quite a bit due to excess time (50 min) on
builds
that normally take < 30 min. While I have no proof, unless the Travis hosts
became slower, it might be that is also related to jars download slowness
from
the repo.
Anyone knows more?
