Based on review of the 2018 budget in today's meeting we are asking the PSC to vote on the following motion: Accept the provided scope of work "QGIS styling export proposal" for $1500, with the addition of a GeoServer User Guide tutorial covering the Raster Symbolizer export functionality for $1000.
