I would like to make sure that settings that just affect the web administration application (and are not functional) are not mixed together... So I do not mind the idea, just placing it along side functional settings like *REST PathMapper Root directory path*.
The other non-functional setting we have is a limit of features shown in the layer preview, perhaps these can start to be collected under a single heading? I am kind of neutral on the created/modified information, I suspect that once you start down this road there are other columns it would be desirable to turn on and off.
