Hi, I would like to backport GEOS-9330 on 2.16.x (tomorrow, a month will be elapsed since its commit on master).
The update improves ncWMS getTimeSeries by excluding noData values from charts, to avoid potential spikes which may ruin the graph. Think about a timeSeries chart showing the temperature trend with values of 20, 21, 25, -9999, 32 degrees. You will get a huge bottom spike if not skipping the -9999 (a sample noData value). Also, csv result will report an empty value to signal noData for that time. A change has also been made to GetFeatureInfo by supporting a new vendor param to take care of noData results.
