We have a test failure on main, initially from an upstream change:

[INFO] Running org.geoserver.excel.ModuleStatusTest
[ERROR] Tests run: 24, Failures: 2, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time
elapsed: 50.866 s <<< FAILURE! - in
org.geoserver.wms.map.GIFMapResponseTest
[ERROR]
testBandSelectionToNormalCoverage(org.geoserver.wms.map.GIFMapResponseTest)
 Time elapsed: 2.377 s <<< FAILURE!

java.lang.AssertionError:
Images are visibly different, found 44 different pixels, against a
threshold of 0
You can add -Dorg.geotools.image.test.interactive=true to show a
dialog comparing them (requires GUI support)

Checking, the upstream change is
https://build.geoserver.org/job/geotools-main/450/
