The resulting data is switching the x/y axis in the output when using WFS v1.1.0 or v2.0.0. It seems that the fact that version 1.1.0 and 2.0.0 of WFS services are using the y/x coordinate system for parameter inputs is also applied to the output - but if the output format is specifying a x/y coordinate format, this should be used regardless of the WFS version.
