You need to go through SDE. In theory direct access should be possible, but to make it work we'd need: - a specification of how a ST_GEOMETRY is encoded - a specification of how the spatial indexes work so that we can use them - time (possibly lots of it) to implement this direct code path Cheers Andrea -- Andrea Aime OpenGeo - http://opengeo.org Expert service straight from the developers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Start uncovering the many advantages of virtual appliances and start using them to simplify application deployment and accelerate your shift to cloud computing. http://p.sf.net/sfu/novell-sfdev2dev _______________________________________________ Geoserver-users mailing list Geoserver-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/geoserver-users
