Hi, We would like to support multiple customers via a single GeoServer instance where each customer has their own workspace.
We create new customer workspaces and contained feature types via the REST interface. When a feature type is created a layer is implicitly created by GeoServer. This is fine except that if 2 customers create a feature type with the same name the layer resources created will share the same URI which is problematic if we wish to then delete one of these layers later on. Is there any solution to this problem other than adding a customer-specific prefix to the name of each feature type created?
