We don't have such a thing as a timeline.
Experience showed that it was not possible to respect planned ones, so
releases are now made
when someone can justify spending half a day to one day doing it (a
GeoServer release
demands a parallel GeoTools release and a often a parallel GeoWebCache one).
Not sure when the next one will be, though I guess we might see one within
the end of
the month (but I'm just betting).
