Hi, On our GWC the TMS 1.0.0 link is producing another error: 400: Thread 44 Unknown layer 1.0.0. Check the logfiles, it may not have loaded properly. Service itself has worked fine. Perhaps there is just some trouble with generating the GetCapabilities.
