I checked the archives about static maps and found only 2 entries (13th and
19th sept '11)
Does anyone know if there has been any more discussions on this topic?
What I want to accomplice is to post some geodata with additional styles and
get the objects drawn on the map image of a GetMap call. Much like the Static
Maps API of Google Maps or the ones available for OpenStreetMap only in a more
standardized OGC way.
In my case I want to get a map image with the polygon that the user draws in
OpenLayers.
Any info would be much appreciated!
