Hi,
I successfully deployed the GeoServer 2.1.3 on Squeeze using the OpenJDK (on
this server there's also a GeoNode). I had several memory issues during the
layers rendering so I switched to java-6-sun (as on production servers) but
Tomcat failed to start.
Removing the GeoServer (not the one included in the GeoNode installation)
Tomcat started. So I tried with GS 2.1.2 and 2.1.1 but without success.
Java Version is 1.6.0_26-b03
Restarting Tomcat after changing the JVM from openjdk to sun I got:

WARN [support.DisposableBeanAdapter] - Invocation of destroy method failed
on bean with name 'geoServerLoader': java.lang.NullPointerException

java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Exception
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError occurred dispatching signal SIGTERM to handler-
the VM may need to be forcibly terminated

I have a GeoNode and a GeoServer 2.1.1 running on java sun 1.6.0_24 on the
production servers.
Any known issues with the sun jvm?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Ciao

Paolo
